Search Engine PPC Internet Marketing

If you are looking to boost your traffic there is no better way than using Search Engine PPC Internet Marketing. Teaming up with an internet giant such as google can give you a huge boost in your marketing efforts.

One thing you need to be aware of is that Pay Per Click (PPC) internet marketing is not something you just grab a huge list of keywords and then load that into Adwords. You need to be selective with the keywords you use in your Search Engine PPC Internet Marketing efforts. Research the keywords that apply to your product or service you are marketing.

Once you have setup your google or yahoo ppc campaign you need to carefully track your ad performance. You also need to know what keywords are converting. You want to ramp up the marketing efforts on keywords getting a good clickthrough and dump the poor performing keywords.

If you find you are getting the traffic you desire by using Internet Marketing and Search Engine PPC you need to know your conversion rates. All the traffic in the world is useless if you cannot turn it into profit.

Own a Blog? Get Free Traffic from BlogRush

John Reese has recently launched a great new service to help you drive traffic to your blog. It is called BlogRush. In case you have not heard of John Reese he is one of the big names in Internet Marketing today.

Getting back to BlogRush and how to get it, because you really want to get it. All you do is go to the BlogRush website and look for the “Click Here to Register” button.

Click on the button and away you go. After that just fill in the information that the site requests and you will be moments away from driving more traffic to your site. Once you are registered there are video’s that show you how to setup your blog to work with BlogRush.

BlogRush takes just minutes to setup. BlogRush works by you installing some code on your blog This then allows BlogRush to display a widget on your blog. Look in the sidebar on the right for my copy. You can’t miss it. It is titled “From the Blogosphere”.

Once you have BlogRush installed everytime a page on your blog is shown you will have a page shown on the BlogRush network that includes a link from the BlogRush widget back to your blog. If you refer people you also get credits based on people viewing their blog. Referrals can go 10 levels deep.

Using BlogRush could result in heaps of traffic going to your blog.

My take on Affiliate Rockstar Status

I have gone AWOL lately and for good reason. The last couple of weeks I have been working on my new home. My wife and I got the keys a short time ago and we have been busy packing our lives into boxes in preparation for our move.

With that activity and working full time I have had little time to work on my internet business. During this downtime I was able to read my copy of Eric Rockefeller’s Affiliate Rockstar Status. Eric teamed up with Chris and Ken of Day Job Killer fame to write a great guide to affiliate marketing.

In the book Eric gives you some options for no cost advertising and also low cost advertising. He shows you how you can get clicks for as low as One Cent per click. One of the most interesting chapters was chapter 6. “Nuking 2.0 (Taking over the organic listings)”. I am yet to implement what he outlines in this chapter although I do think is is doable.

I also enjoyed reading the bonus chapter about How to Splurge Like a Rockstar. In this chapter you can learn how Chris and Ken live the life of a hi roller without spending like one. It gives an interesting insight into the lives of some of the guys who have made it big on the internet. A quote from the book says “it is about living a 10 Million dollar lifestyle with only 1 Million”.

Overall I think Affiliate Rockstar Status is a book well work purchasing. The most important tip I can give you is to read the book and then take action. It will do you no good if you don’t follow through.
