It is interesting how easily you can go from one thing to another in the online world. An hour or so ago I started at facebook with the intention of adding the DealDotCom app. While I was there I saw an update from someone which took me to a blog that listed the most popular Social Networking sites.
The next thing I knew I was at Twitter.com. In case you don’t know about Twitter is, it is basically a messaging system that can be used to send updates of up to 140 characters. You can use it to communicate with friends, or people can just follow others they find on the twitter network.
That is what brought me to Ed Dale. He is someone I follow as a result of being a member of his Immediate Edge website. In twitter, Ed had a message about the 30 day challenge. In the message was a link I decided to follow which took me to a Youtube video about the challenge.
I watched the video in which Ed gives some good tips about copywriting and using twitter. It is worth checking out for yourself. Another benefit is that Ed makes good quality videos, so just as an exercise to see what you can do in video production you should take a peek.

You all would have heard about MySpace and Facebook. They are well known Social Networking sites and have a huge number of people signing up as new members each day.
In case you are wondering what the top ranked social networking sites are according to Alexa you can see a list that Guido NussBaum has compiled and listed on his www.easy-viral-traffic.com blog.
It is interesting that I actually came across his site through Facebook. He is one of my facebook friends. I was just over at Alexa a few minutes ago and noted some differences from the list shown on easy-viral-traffic.com and the current rankings.
MySpace.com has actually moved from 6 to 5. Facebook is up to 6 from 10 and Hi5.com has improved from 11 to 8.
I must say when I saw the Hi5.com listing I thought wow, they are popular, but it was not the Hi5 I was thinking of. Here in Australia there is a musical group that entertains kids that is called Hi5.
Check out the Social Networking list, it makes for some interesting web surfing checking out the sites. Maybe some of them will match your interests.
